UNIZIK Charge 88 Post-UTME Candidates To Court For Malpractice

Authorities of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka arrested eighty eight (88) post-UTME candidates for alleged impersonation in last years screening examination.

According to the Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Joseph Ahaneku, another 400 candidates who had come to impersonate during the examination were on the run.

He said those arrested are currently being prosecuted in relevant courts within Anambra state.
The VC added that the impersonators were fished out due to the biometric identification machine put in place by the university to check malpractices.

Prof. Ahaneku was briefing journalists on achievements of his administration within one year in office.
