The management of Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital (OAUTH), Ile-Ife hereby invites application from suitably qualified candidates for admission into School of Midwifery for an 18 month course starting September, 2015.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have WAEC/GCE/NECO with 5 Credit (at not more than two sittings) including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (No combination) and Be a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
Applicant awaiting the result of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria Examination may also apply but must present registration number from N&MCN at the interview.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Application forms are obtainable from the office of the Head of Department (Nursing Education) OAUTHC, Ile-Ife or Principal, School of Midwifery, Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa at a cost of Five Thousand (N5,000.00) Naira only payable by cash.

TEST AND SELECTION INTERVIEW DATE:
Written tests and Oral interview will be conducted at OAUTHC School of Nursing, Ile-Ife as follows:
A) Tuesday, 30th June, 2015 – Written Examination.
B) Wednesday, 1st and Thursday, 2nd July, 2015 – Oral Interview.
CLOSING DATE:
Completed application forms together with photocopies of relevant credentials should be returned to the office of the HOD (Nursing Education) or Principal, School of Midwifery, Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa on or before Monday, 22nd June, 2015.
