admission into Higher National Diploma PT and Full-time programmables of
Kwara Poly are hereby invited to obtain application forms for the

KWARAPOLY HND Admission Requirements (Full-Time and Part-Time) .
Applicants for admission into the HND programmes will be required to have the following qualifications:
1. National Diploma (ND) with a minimum
of Lower Credit in the relevant field and five relevant O/L credit
passes at WASC, GCE, NECO and NABTEB at not more than two sittings.
These credit passes must include English Language and Mathematics.
2. Evidence of one year post-ND Cognate experience (i.e. Industrial Training)
3. Applicants with Pass Grade in the ND will be required to have at least two years Post-National Diploma industrial experience.
4. Applicants for Agricultural and
Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology (Post-Harvest Technology
option) are required to have at least a Lower Credit grade at National
Diploma (ND) programme in any of the following:
i. Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology
ii. Agricultural Technology
iii. Food Science Technology
iv. Agricultural Engineering Technology
i. Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology
ii. Agricultural Technology
iii. Food Science Technology
iv. Agricultural Engineering Technology
5. Applicants for Metallurgical
Engineering Technology are expected to be graduates of National Diploma
in Metallurgical Engineering Technology only.
6. Applicants for Mining Engineering
Technology are expected to be graduates of National Diploma in Mineral
Resources or Mining Engineering Technology only.
7. Holders of ND Computer Engineering
are not admissible into HND Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Technology and HND Computer Science Programmes.
8.Candidates will not be admitted into HND programmes different from those they had in their ND programmes.
9. It is mandatory for HND Regular
Applicants to fill the JAMB Registration Numbers used for their ND
Programmes. Only Applicants with ND JAMB Registration Numbers will be
considered for admission.
How to Apply for Kwara State Poly 2015/16 HND Admission.
The cost of the application is N7,500 (seven thousand five hundred naira only)
- Go to KWARA poly registration portal. For HND part time, click here. For HND full-time, click here.
- Fill the applicant registration form that appears and ensure you provide a valid e-mail address as your username and password will be forwarded to the email address you provided.
- Then click on the ‘Get login credentials’ button.
- Goto your e-mail to retrieve your username and password.,
- Use the username & password sent to you to login Here!
- Click on the ‘Edit Application’ button to complete the remaining fields of the application form. Ensure you upload a clear 1” x 1” COLOURED passport photograph with red background in JPEG format only. NOTE that the photograph cannot be changed once uploaded.
- Click on the ‘Save’ button to save your application.
- Ensure you chose the appropriate course or program you intend to study (You can consult the prospectus for guidance).
- To pay for the application, click on ‘Add online payment ticket’ button at the bottom of the page. Then open the ticket so created and click on the ‘College Pay’ button at the top left corner of the page to effect your payment using any Interswitch enabled debit/ATM card.
- Review the details of your application before clicking on the ‘Submit’ button.
Note: You cannot edit your application after submission.
