The authorities of the Delta State School of Marine Technology (DESOMATECH), Burutu wishes to inform the general public that the application forms for admission into ND programmes for 2015/2015 academic session is now available.

ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT: Marine Engineering, Oil and Gas Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Engineering, Ship & Boat Building Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering (Water & Transportation option), Computer Engineering
SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT: Nautical Science & Seamanship, Science Laboratory Technology, Fisheries & Fisheries Technology, Oceanography, Computer Science
INDUSTRIAL SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT: Industrial Safety & Environmental Management, Estate Management, Survey & Geo-Informatics, Urban & Regional Planning
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT: Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Administration, Maritime Transport & Business Management.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
GCE 0′ Level, SSCE (WAEC & NECO) NABTEB or its equivalents with at least five (5) credits passes in the relevant subjects in not more than two sittings. Note: A minimum scores of 160 in UTME is required for full-time applicants.

Interested candidates are to logon at the admission portal via http://portal.deltastatesomatech.edu.ng/ and
fill the required information, then print the Payment Notification
Slip. Thereafter, proceed to any Zenith Bank Branch for Direct Deposit
of Application Fee using Interswitch Pay Direct Platform.

Note that your Application ID is needed to make the payment. Upon successful registration, ensure that you print your payment receipt and acknowledgement card.
CLOSING DATE
The closing date for online application is Friday 18th September, 2015.
APTITUDE TEST DATE & DETAILS
There will be an aptitude test for candidates that applied successfully.
