How To Apply For Admission Into FUTA School Of Health Technology Pre Degree Programme
Candidates that are interested in the new FUTA school of health and Health Tech Pre degree prgramme are to pay application fee of N15,000.00 only which is exclusive of bank charges on e-transact in any bank on the e-transact platform.After making payments as instructed above, candidates are to complete and print the PDS Application Form online after payment by logging on to the Federal University of Technology, Akure’s website www.futa.edu.ng and click on the online PDS Application Form.
Deadline For Submission Of FUTA School OF Health Pre Degree Form 2014/2015
The application opens on Monday 19th January, 2015 and closes on Friday 27th February, 2015 i.e all completed online application forms with the required relevant documents must be submitted on or before Friday 27th February, 2015.The underlisted helplines could be contacted for clarification on issue bordering on the application forms
