Fountain University JUPEB Admission Form Out – 2016/2017

The Fountain University Osogbo Joint University Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) admission form for the 2016/2017 academic session is out. Candidates who has just written WAEC and have not written JAMB should apply, also candidates who wrote JAMB, but scored below 180 should also apply for the one year foundation programme.

The requirement needed for the Fountain University JUPEB admission into the 2016/2017 academic session is five Credits including English and Mathematics in related subjects to the course of study.

How To Apply For Admission 2016/2017

To apply for admission into Fountain University JUPEB for the 2016/2017 academic session;

1. Applicants shopuld pay a sum of N5,500 to any of the  available branches of GTB (Acct.No 0035759013) and Access Bank  Plc (Acct. No. 0033534044).

Screening Requirements 2016/2017

Here are the screening requirements needed for Fountain University JUPEB admission for the 2016/2017 academic session as Applicants must bring to the centre the following documents;

1. Printout of 2016 UTME result slip (for those who wrote JAMB)
2. Print out of completed Bio-data form
3. Original and photocopies of Ordinary Level Result
4. Evidence of payment for (Bank teller) for the screening exercise.
