We are currently seeking for intelligent, articulate and suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below:

1.) Job Title: Plant Engineer

Functional areas: Engineering

Department: Supply Chain

Job Description

The Plant/Chief Engineer reports to the Plant Manager and the key responsibilities of the role are:

-Provide maintenance management leadership and support by developing new and/or improving existing maintenance system in line with region or country maintenance strategy.
-Manage the execution of maintenance tasks to timely completion working assiduously to deliver maintenance schedule completion rate (SCR) of no less than 90%.
-Leads a technically thorough team of the plant engineering team to deliver on all KBIs to ensure line availability and reliability.
-Scoping and delivering cost saving ideas and improvements to manufacturing methodologies within the business.
-Defines root cause and implements solutions to equipment and process related non-conformance situations.
-Uses standard manufacturing maintenance, engineering and project management tools and processes to enable special improvement projects to be delivered on time, to cost, to quality to ensure identified benefits are released.
-From hands-on experience and working with QA/Prod, helps in defining process equipment requirements and specifications based on process requirements, safety requirements and internal customer needs.
-Assists in determining the budget to support maintenance requirements.
-Proposes and implements formal and OJT for associates helping to grow them.
-Measures/evaluates equipment efficiencies, downtime and assist in development of maintenance
-Mentors and assists direct reports in best practices to develop future successor.
-Collects, assesses, plans and submits investment needs for production lines and equipment.
-Writes and distributes weekly/monthly maintenance reports to plant management and Central Engineering HQ
-Develops and reviews performance plans with direct reports
-Assures proper manning is filled to fulfill business objectives.
-Approves all projects expenses, contracts for projects tasks, expenses of direct employees up to approved value.
Other duties to be specified by superior as the need requires.
-Carries out tools and skills gap analysis of Direct reports and ensures they get the right and correct tools to carry out roles.
-Through a structured performance management, develops and manages KBIs with Direct reports. Carries out monthly performance appraisals for Direct reports with feedback sessions. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted

2.) Job Title: Plant Safety Manager

Functional areas: Quality & Sustainability

Department: Quality & Sustainability

Job Description
-To ensure the maintenance of a safe working environment/safe work conducts whilst complying with all relevant statutory and company regulations concerning occupational health and safety in the workplace
-Manage the operations of contractors and external visitors and ensure that they comply with safety guidelines.
-Advise on OHS trends and indicators.
-Develop programs and plans to achieve OHS objectives.
-Consult with external authorities and other industry/company experts in order to keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practice.
-Monitor and inspect fire infra facilities and ensure reliability in event of fire emergency.
-Conduct routine drills to test Emergency preparedness for all likely emergency scenarios.
-Provide first aid facilities and ensure that first Aid replaceable kits are up to date, available and accessible.
-Provide and maintain Walk ways and ensure that vehicle and Pedestrian walkways are not obstructed.
-Provide and maintain clearly marked muster and fire assembly points and ensure that they are always free of obstruction.
-Issue Work Permits for Hazardous tasks.
-Provide Timely logging of incidents and ensure closure in the IMCR Database.
-Conduct Safety inspection of equipment including machine safeguarding, portable electrical devices.

3.) Job Title: Maintenance Systems Engineer

Functional areas: Engineering

Department: Supply Chain

Job Description
The Maintenance Systems Engineer reports to the Plant Engineer and the key responsibilities of the role are:
-Responsible for implementation and roll out of maintenance systems. Champions roll out- and ensures full usage of SAP PM.
-Ensures integrity and sustainability of equipment and processes through conducting audits and process checks and initiating corrective action where required.
-Drives innovation and improvement of lines and assets.
-Manages people and resources to ensure uncompromised safety, availability and quality while minimizing the impact on the environment.
-Establishes, monitors and reinforces control on maintenance strategy execution in plant in alignment with country strategy
-Organizes and schedules annual overhaul of production lines and facilities
-Improves efficiencies by increasing preventative maintenance across the plant and to minimize breakdowns and reduce mean time between failures.
-Develops business plans providing productivity improvement and stretchy targets for cost efficiency
-Contributes to preparation and controls annual plant maintenance budget ensuring sufficient funds to cover all routines and initiatives reflected in strategy & operational plans.
-Ensures optimal spare parts and maintenance materials inventory management
-Ensures continuous and effective assets management
-Actively participates and ensures the implementation of various infrastructure or process optimisation projects in Production
-Effectively applies business performance review (COBRA, EATB) management routine
-Optimises the ability of assets to operation
-Evaluates effectiveness of corrective actions using all available data
-Maintains effective systems to ensure CC Hellenic/TCCC products and package quality
-Prepares, presents and interprets Maintenance KBI's, makes recommendations which result in increased productivity and efficiency; reduces cost and improves customer satisfaction
-Achievement of business targets by optimal use of labour and material
-Analyses cost centre variances and investigates ways to improve cost performance
-Understands and controls main cost drivers in Maintenance
-Ensures full use of SAP Plant Maintenance module to monitor cost and execution of all maintenance activities in plant.
-Ensures full use of SAP Plant Maintenance module to monitor and control Spare Parts inventory and availability.
-Builds maintenance teams' capabilities through implementation of training and development programs
-Ensures IDP's are in place and executed for all direct reports

4.) Job Title: Utility Engineer

Functional areas: Engineering

Department: Supply Chain

Job Description
The Utility Engineer reports to the Plant Engineer and the key responsibilities of the role are:
-Establishes, monitors and reinforces control on maintenance strategy execution in area of responsibility that includes water treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, iron removal plants, steam boilers, air compressors-high & low pressure, cooling compressors, chillers, air handling systems pumps etc.
-Participates in organization - and executes annual overhaul of production lines.
-Improves reliability and efficiencies by ensuring optimal execution of maintenance tasks.
-Participates in developing business plans targeting productivity improvement and increased cost efficiency
-Contributes to preparation- and controls annual utilities related maintenance budget ensuring sufficient funds to cover all routines and initiatives reflected in strategy & operational plans.
-Actively participates and ensures the implementation of various infrastructure or process optimization projects
-Effectively applies business performance review (E2020) management routine
-Optimizes the ability of assets to operation
-Evaluates effectiveness of corrective actions using all available data
-Maintains effective systems to ensure CC Hellenic/TCCC products and package quality

5.) Job Title: Automation Engineer

The Automation Engineer reports to the Plant Engineer and the key responsibilities of the role are:
-Ensures optimized equipment performance by maintaining / improving equipment and line controls. Drives innovation and improvement. -Manages people and resources to ensure uncompromised safety, availability and quality while minimizing the impact on the environment.
